Vaccination & Masking Policies

The health, safety and comfort of our audience members, musicians, volunteers and staff remain our highest priority.
The Orange County arts community is united in its desire to keep everyone safe. Following local and state COVID-19 guidelines, plus additional recommended measures in line with major professional arts organizations in the county and beyond, the Festival implements the following protocols and requirements for all patrons (subject to change at any time – please check this page regularly for updates):
- Proof of full vaccination (“Fully vaccinated” means the performance you are attending is at least 14 days after your final vaccine dose.)*
- To enter the performance venue please bring a photo ID and either your physical vaccination card, a picture of your card, or a digital vaccination record. Most California residents may request a digital vaccination record at myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov
- MASKING (securely over the mouth and nose) is required at all times indoors for all attendees regardless of vaccine status. (K)N95 and KF94 masks are recommended, though well-fitting cloth masks will be accepted, and KN95 masks will be available at concert check-in if required.
- *Please note: proof of booster(s) for June 2022 is currently tbd.

- If you are not fully vaccinated you may present the negative results of a COVID-19 test taken at a professional testing center. Home tests will not be accepted.
- Bring your results from a PCR test taken within 48 hours or an antigen test taken within 6 hours of the start of the performance, along with your pre-purchased ticket(s) and photo ID. A physical, emailed or pictured negative result including your name and the test date will be accepted.
- With regret, ticket holders who do not comply with the above policies will not be admitted. Please contact us for ticket exchange options.
In attending our concerts you acknowledge and agree to the following assumption of risk and waiver of liability concerning COVID-19 infection: An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is a contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. The CDC advises that seniors and those with underlying medical conditions are vulnerable. By attending, you voluntarily accept sole responsibility for injury related to COVID-19 at this event.
Health and safety screenings
- Before each performance audience members, staff, volunteers and musicians are asked to confirm they are not experiencing symptoms and have not been recently exposed to COVID-19.
- If you or someone in your group doesn’t feel well, has exhibited symptoms of COVID-19 in the previous 14 days, or has been in contact with someone with COVID-19 in the previous 14 days, please stay home. Please contact us for ticket exchange options.
Social distancing & onsite measures
- Please leave space between yourself and others as you line up to enter the performance venue.
- You may be encouraged to take your seats early to avoid congestion.
- Social distancing will not be in place for concert seating. There will be people sitting next to you, in front of you and behind you.
- There is open seating for all performances: in the front premium-seating area for subscribers; and regular seating area behind for single ticket holders.
- Doors and windows will remain open where possible to optimize air circulation.
- Post-concert wine & waters receptions will take place outside.
