Support the Baroque Music Festival, Corona del Mar, in its 46th Season!

Annual donations at any time, including with ticket and subscription orders, help pay our professional musicians’ concerts fees and other performance costs. Ticket sales cover only 25% of Festival expenses each year. Donations in any amount, and sponsorships of Festival performances and concert soloists, make our annual season possible, with consistently high artistic standards and educational components. The Baroque Music Festival, Corona del Mar, is a nonprofit organization under section 501(c)(3). Contributions are tax-deductible. Our Tax ID/EIN is 95-3785942.

Those who support the Festival are acknowledged in the yearly Festival program booklet and on this website. There are additional benefits for those donating at higher levels (scroll down for details).

Interested in becoming a business sponsor or placing a business advertisement in our program booklet? Booklet advertising for the 2026 Festival will open in January 2026 with no change in pricing from previous years. Please contact us to discuss business sponsorships and collaborations. We are particularly looking for small businesses in the local area who can help promote the Festival in return for marketing exposure at our events and via our socials and other media channels.

For individual gift and sponsorship details please see below:

Donor Tiers

Donors are recognized in these tiers, with the following benefits:

  • Supporter ($50-$124) = Name credited on the website and in program booklet.
  • Friend ($125–$299) = Same as above, plus eligibility to attend the annual Winter Musicale Gala (with an additional non-tax-deductible ticket price of $125 per person to defray fair-market-value costs of this gala event) and, free of ticket charge, the Fall Preview Mixer. In 2025-26, the Fall Preview is on Sunday, October 5, and the Winter Musicale Gala is Sunday, March 1, 2026.
  • Contributor ($300–$499) = All of the above, plus brass ensemble and other sponsorship opportunities.
  • Donor ($500–$999) = As immediately above, plus musician sponsorships.

Ways to Give

  • Donate online. Make a one-time, or monthly recurring*, donation. If you are a returning supporter, consider increasing your donation this year to help us cover continuing rising costs and provide critical funds for the Festival’s musicians.
  • *Monthly Donations. An ongoing monthly recurring donation via our nonprofit-rate payment processor PayPal is an easy way for you to manage and deliver essential funds to the Festival throughout the year, and to gain a certain donor level by June each year to benefit from higher tier opportunities as listed above. Please note, a PayPal account is required to donate monthly.
  • Donate by mail. You may send a contribution by check or credit card at any time of the year using our donation form. Checks are encouraged for gifts of $1,000 or more, which otherwise incur high credit card processing fees for the Festival.
  • Underwrite an aspect of the Festival — if donating online please write the details of what you’d like to sponsor in the note section, or email the Festival’s Executive Director when making your payment with your underwriting request and/or questions. See Sponsorships available for Vivaldi-Fest 2025 below as an example of what’s on offer.
  • NEW! Donate stocks, mutual funds, and EFTs. The BMF has a charitable brokerage account with Wells Fargo. Please contact us for details.
  • Donate by phone. Leave a message at (949) 760-7887 and receive a call back within 24 hours.
  • Many employers match charitable contributions from their employees. You may wish to talk with your HR representative to see if you can take advantage of a matching benefit.
  • Tax advantages may be available to you for qualified charitable distributions (QCDs) if you have an IRA and are required to take required minimum distributions (RMDs). Gifts from Donor Advised Funds (DAFs) are also gladly accepted. (Please note DAF contributions are not eligible to be used as Winter Musicale-qualifying donations, since 50% of the per-person contribution required to attend this annual gala event is non-tax-deductible to cover goods and services received at Fair Market Value. The minimum contribution to attend the Winter Musicale is $250 per person, of which $125 per person is a tax-deductible gift toward the June Festival, and $125 per person is a non-tax-deductible payment to contribute toward the cost of the event.)
  • Include a contribution when ordering June Festival tickets by mail or online. June Festival ticket brochures are mailed in late March every year. Online sales open in early April.

Sponsorship Opportunities 2025-26

To discuss the sponsorship opportunities for the coming season, 2025-26, please contact the Festival’s Executive Director, Zen Edwards, at (949) 760-7887 or by email.
