Information

  • Doors open 30 minutes before concert start time at the churches (June 16, 17, 23), and 45 minutes before at Sherman Library & Gardens (June 19, 21), with access to the Gardens included in the ticket price. Come early to our concert venues to mingle with other guests and hear our Festival regulars, the South Coast Brass quintet, play al fresco. There is a wine & waters reception on arrival at Sherman Gardens on June 19 and 21 for all ticket holders (more details on receptions below).
  • Free parking is available at all venues. At Sherman Library & Gardens there is step-free access from the lower side gate on Dahlia Avenue, a short walk from either parking lot. Step-free access is available at both the churches a short walk from the entrance. For assistance and accessibility questions please contact us at info@bmf-cdm.org or (949) 760-7887.
  • Subscribers are mailed a seating card to reserve a seat on arrival in the premium seating section at each venue. Outside this section, open seating is available for individual ticket-holders (“single tickets”).
  • *If you ordered online and requested your ticket(s) to be printed and mailed to you, they will be delivered by USPS in the next few weeks. If you ordered tickets close to performance date and requested ticket(s) to be printed, they will be left at Will Call. If you ordered by mail and wish to receive your ticket(s) by mail or at Will Call, rather than bringing your own copy or showing tickets on your mobile device at the concert venue(s), please contact the Festival at tickets@bmf-cdm.org or (949) 760-7887 to request printed ticket(s).
  • Student rush tickets for under-30s (ages 12-29) are available at the door for $10 (cash), subject to space availability. A valid student card and photo ID is required. For NMUSD students the rush ticket price is extended to an accompanying parent or guardian (one per student attending); NMUSD proof of student enrollment is required). For further student opportunities at the Festival and more information please send inquiries to students@bmf-cdm.org
  • Complimentary wine & waters receptions are included for all ticket-holders. At Sherman Gardens wine & waters are served before the concert on arrival in the Gardens, and coffee & cookies at intermission. At the churches, wine & waters are served after performances. After all concerts there is the opportunity to meet with the musicians.
  • What should I wear? Guests typically wear smart casual or business attire. Layers are recommended.
  • You may wish to bring a seat cushion to all venues.
